1. Functional cookie (always)

This website places one functional session cookie (named morphicustom_sessie). It is technically necessary to make forms work securely: it remembers your session while you fill in the request or contact form and protects those forms against abuse (CSRF protection). Logging in to our admin area also works through this cookie. Until you send a request, the session also remembers which channel brought you here (see point 3). The cookie contains no personal data, only a random session number, and expires automatically as soon as you close your browser. Functional cookies are legally permitted without consent (Dutch Telecommunications Act, art. 11.7a). A small preference cookie (mc_consent) additionally remembers your choice below.

2. Statistics and ad measurement (only with consent)

If you choose "Allow all" or "Statistics only" in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used: which pages are visited, and whether a request or payment was completed. The amount and request number are included, so we know which visits lead to an order. If you choose "Allow all" and came through one of our ads on Google, we also measure whether that ad led to a request or payment. That measurement runs through Google Ads. With "Statistics only" we do not. Your name, email address, address and files are never sent to Google. Google Ireland Limited keeps user-level and event-level data for 14 months; summarised reports without traceable data may be kept longer. How Google uses this data is explained at business.safety.google/privacy.

With your consent, Google may place these cookies: _ga and _ga_* for statistics (up to 2 years), and only with "Allow all" cookies starting with _gcl_ to link a click on our ad to a request (up to 90 days). The current overview from Google is at business.safety.google/adscookies. If you decline, the site places none of these cookies and loads no Google script.

You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time, just as easily as you gave it: via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. If you withdraw consent, the site removes the Google cookies right away.

3. Where did you come from?

When you send a request, we record in our own records which kind of channel brought you to us, for example an ad, a search engine or a link on another site. That way we know which channels work. If you consented to statistics, we also keep the campaign and keyword of the ad, the referring site and the page you landed on. With "Allow all" the identifier of the ad click is added. None of it is sent to Google. We delete the click identifier after 90 days, and the campaign, keyword, referring site and landing page after 14 months.

What do we not use?

No retargeting and no personalised ads, we do not build an advertising profile of you and do not follow you with ads on other sites;
No social-media trackers, no like buttons or embeds that track you are loaded.

Deleting or blocking cookies

You can always delete or block cookies yourself via your browser settings, usually under "Privacy and security" and then "Clear browsing data" (Chrome and Edge), "Cookies and website data" (Firefox) or "Safari → Settings → Privacy" (Safari). Please note that the forms on this site cannot be submitted without the functional session cookie; you will then get a message that your session has expired.
